Paper often represents things about us that weigh us down or make us thing poorly of ourselves. It can lead to added stress.  For many, added stress leads to stress and/or emotional eating.  Emotional eating leads to beating ourselves up, that leads to more stress, more avoidance of things we don't want to do and guess what?.... More overeating, less motivation to do more or better, more stress!  This cycle can continue until we are 10, 20, 40, or even 100+ pounds overweight.
