Does Holiday Spending Cause You To Stress Eat? A Practical Conversation Around Financial Health And Wellness

Tis the season…RIGHT?

This is supposed to be a season of celebrating love, peace, joy that comes from the birth of our Lord. Being grateful for all our blessings, appreciating all that we have and just a season of being thankful. But unfortunately, it’s a season where become financially unstable, stressed from all the craziness of parties, shopping, family events, pressure of buying gifts leads a lot of people, especially women into a season quite opposite of love, peace and joy.   As women we are wanting to provide our families love, peace and joy and somewhere in there we are just looking for approval.  We are looking for that affirmation that we are worthy of our families love, we are worthy of their time and attention and when we don’t get it we eat more, we drink more, we spend more.   Where is the peace in that??  Sister you are worthy and wonderfully made just the way you are.  There's no need to stress yourself out and ruin your finances over a holiday of love, peace, hope and joy.

If we manage our stress we can prevent gaining those holiday pounds and even lose weight.  Today, my special guests, Hanna Olivas and Heather Benton give some practical tips on how to remove the financial stressors, manage money and expectations around the holidays so you can show up this holiday season giving your family your love and time while experiencing joy and peace of mind.   Let's go into 2023 being totally well in our body, mind and finances.
