In this part ONE of my interview with Stef Gass you'll learn how to set up your day for success.  Planning for success and how you want to show up in the world is key to living a joy filled healthy life.   Setting expectations for yourself and others can avoid unnecessary negative emotions that can lead to overeating and self sabotage.

1. Know your priorities.  This takes some time in mediation, prayer and journaling. 

2. Put it on the calendar. Yep block those calendars!

3.  COMMUNICATE with your family!

4.  Never forget to add the things to your calendar that bring you JOY!

5.  Have FUN!
