Do you LOVE how you feel after you’ve fueled your body?
Stop doing a workout schedule you hate and not bringing you the results mentally or spiritually. I could totally relate to Stef and working out just trying to get to a certain weight or look a certain way. I’ve always enjoyed working out, but truth is I always took it to an extreme. Counting every calorie in and every calorie out, obsessing over it and beating myself up when the scale never moved in my favor is for the BIRDS!!
Now that I’ve reached my goal weight and I have PEACE with food and LOVE how I feel in my body, I now even have found JOY in working out by utilizing Revelation Wellness resources. With this program you are going to get NINE coaching calls that you can schedule on your own terms to give you the motivation and accountability you need to be successful. If you stay on the course, you’ll do those nine calls in 8 weeks. But if life gets in the way… You get sick, go on vacation or you just had a bad week and didn’t get your work done. I’m allowing this timeline to be set between you and God. He will walk you through at your pace and we will finish together. I’m going to provide you with a book, video teachings to accompany your reading that you watch on your own time. You’ll also be provided a 60-day guided movement plan with step- by- step videos. You’ll have food logs, sample meal plans and even some optional food solutions once we get deeper into the program.
You will walk away with a deeper relationship with God, a clearer understanding of how you can honor God and yourself with your food and movement. I bet you will have dropped many burdens, fears and hang ups that weigh you down.
