This is not my typical episode but a behind the scenes look at the beginning of my podcast. Today, I was going to launch part two of my episode with Stef since I’m graduating from her 90-day intensive coaching program TODAY, November 10th 2022,but I've decided to give you this bonus of an episode too!

When I started listening to the beginning of this recording to edit it, I thought this is what my listeners need to hear. So many times in my life I have heard “Keatha you make everything look so easy”. Guess what?? This stuff isn’t easy and I’m sharing with you my learning process. You’re going to hear the almost completely unedited version of my 1st interview! ( I deleted out a lot of dead space and YES Sean I did all the editing this time myself just for the fun it of it!)

As I listened to this first part of the recording (that normally isn’t included in the episode) I laughed, I cried and thought good gosh… She’s a saint!
