You CAN Lose Weight, These Women Did It and So Can You!
We did it and so can you!
Today on this special healthaversary episode, I have 4 of my healthy friends for a fun round robin. One is my coach that guided me to my weight loss, another is one of my personal clients and then two very inspiring teammates were so sweet to join me for a very healthy and real conversation about their journey of weight loss.
